The problem

A job search should not feel like a second full-time job

You are already running a full workload, and the search still asks for sourcing, tailoring, applying, following up and interview preparation on evenings and weekends. It stalls because there is no one running it, not because you lack capability.

  • Hours disappear into sourcing and tailoring instead of interview preparation.
  • Applications go out inconsistently, so the pipeline never builds momentum.
  • Recruiter conversations are scattered across inboxes and never followed through.
  • Positioning stays generic because there is no time to rebuild it properly.
Definition

What reverse recruiting means

A traditional recruiter is paid by an employer to fill that employer's vacancy. Reverse recruiting flips that: BORAKA is engaged by you and works for your search.

A traditional recruiter

  • Is engaged and paid by an employer
  • Works to fill a specific vacancy
  • Represents the employer's requirements
  • Moves on when the role is filled

BORAKA reverse recruiting

  • Is engaged by you and works for your search
  • Sources across employers against your approved criteria
  • Builds and tailors your materials
  • Applies with your approval and manages the follow-through
  • Prepares you for every confirmed interview
How it runs

How the search engine actually runs

Three channels run in parallel, all of them under your approval.

01

Targeted applications

Roles are sourced against your approved criteria and submitted only once you approve them. Volume follows qualified market availability, so no fixed number per day or week is promised.

02

Direct outreach

Outreach to recruiters and hiring managers runs through a shared job-search email, so replies land in one managed thread.

03

Selective recruiter-network visibility

Where your profile genuinely matches a live search, your positioning may be shared with recruiters we work with. Selective, never guaranteed.

Inside your workspace

See exactly how your search is being managed.

No waiting for a weekly spreadsheet. Your BORAKA Career Workspace shows opportunities under consideration, every application submitted, upcoming interviews, documents used, team activity and what needs your attention next.

  • Review roles proposed for your campaign
  • Approve or decline before anything is submitted
  • See applications and outreach in one place
  • Follow interview activity as it happens
  • Read the latest campaign report

Program pricing

Three search-complexity tiers

BORAKA assigns your tier after reviewing your target role family, experience, market, geography, compensation requirements and search complexity. A tier cannot be selected on price preference alone.

90-Day Reverse Recruiting: Site Professional Search

$3,997 paid in full

or 3 monthly payments of $1,535 ($4,605 total)

  • One primary role family plus up to one closely related secondary role family
  • Candidate-approved applications and outreach
  • Positioning and role-specific materials
  • Weekly campaign reporting
  • Preparation for every confirmed interview
  • Offer evaluation and negotiation support
  • The tier is assigned by BORAKA after review. It cannot be chosen on price preference alone
  • Places are limited, so fit and capacity are confirmed before anything is agreed

90-Day Reverse Recruiting: CRA and CRO Search

$5,497 paid in full

or 3 monthly payments of $2,110 ($6,330 total)

  • One primary role family plus up to one closely related secondary role family
  • Search across CROs and other organizations where the approved role family fits this complexity
  • Candidate-approved applications and outreach
  • Weekly campaign reporting
  • Preparation for every confirmed interview
  • Offer evaluation and negotiation support
  • The tier is assigned by BORAKA after review. It cannot be chosen on price preference alone
  • Places are limited, so fit and capacity are confirmed before anything is agreed

90-Day Reverse Recruiting: Advanced Clinical Operations Search

$6,997 paid in full

or 3 monthly payments of $2,685 ($8,055 total)

  • One primary role family plus up to one closely related secondary role family
  • Candidate-approved applications and senior outreach
  • Weekly campaign reporting
  • Preparation for every confirmed interview
  • Compensation strategy and negotiation support
  • The tier is assigned by BORAKA after review. It cannot be chosen on price preference alone
  • Places are limited, so fit and capacity are confirmed before anything is agreed

One primary role family, one closely related secondary

Every managed search engagement is built around one primary role family, plus up to one closely related secondary role family where BORAKA approves the relationship. Unrelated role families need different positioning, materials, outreach and employer audiences, so they require re-scoping rather than being added to the same campaign.

A payment plan costs more than paying in full because BORAKA carries the additional payment and collection risk. Payment-plan installments continue as agreed even if you accept a role before the final installment. A managed search is a purchased professional service engagement, not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription during the initial program. Refund and payment terms are governed by your enrollment agreement.

Online payment is not switched on yet, so the program is application-first: fit, scope and payment are confirmed in writing before anything is agreed.

Search tracks

Three tracks, assigned by search complexity

Every track is the same managed search, backed by the Conditional Interview Extension. They differ in role family, targeting, materials scope and the seniority of the outreach. Differences are stated in words, not signaled by color alone.

Weekly application and outreach volumes form part of the participation requirements for the conditional service extension, and depend on qualified market availability. Nothing is charged when you apply; fees and terms are confirmed in writing first. Once your application is accepted and your track is set, enrollment is paid securely from your account, in full or across three monthly payments, and the payment plan ends after the third payment.

Searches start on a rolling basis rather than in fixed cohorts, so your 90 days begin once scope and fees are agreed in writing. Applications are answered within 48 hours. Already accepted? Complete your enrollment.

Financing available at enrollment through providers such as Affirm, with payment plans confirmed in writing before you commit.

Scope

One role family, one closely related target

Your campaign covers one primary role family and one closely related secondary target. That focus is what makes precise positioning and outreach possible.

  • One primary role family is agreed before the campaign opens.
  • One closely related secondary target is included.
  • Unrelated functions may require a separate campaign or an assessed add-on.
  • We will not silently run multiple unrelated searches under one agreement.

Your campaign scope

Primary role family

Agreed in writing before the campaign opens. Positioning, outreach and reporting are all built around it.

One closely related target

A second, adjacent target that the same evidence and resume suite can support.

Outside this campaign

Unrelated functions. These need a separate campaign or an assessed add-on, never a quiet second search under the same agreement.

How tiers are set

Why price follows role family, not employer type

BORAKA prices a search by its complexity and by the role family being targeted, not by the kind of company on the other side of the table. One approved role family can span several employer categories and still be one campaign.

An example

A Clinical Project Manager may appropriately target equivalent project-management positions across a CRO, a biotechnology company and a pharmaceutical sponsor. BORAKA treats that as one approved role-family campaign rather than requiring separate programs for each employer category.

Approved titles inside Clinical Project Management

  • Clinical Project Manager
  • Project Manager, Clinical Operations
  • Clinical Trial Project Manager
  • Associate Clinical Project Manager

Closely related secondary role family: Clinical Trial Manager

Where we re-scope

Every managed search engagement is built around one primary role family, plus up to one closely related secondary role family where BORAKA approves the relationship. Unrelated role families need different positioning, materials, outreach and employer audiences, so they require re-scoping rather than being added to the same campaign.

Not one campaign: Project Manager plus Medical Science Liaison plus Regulatory Affairs Manager plus CRA plus Quality Manager in one campaign.

If you want to pursue materially unrelated career lanes, BORAKA reviews and re-scopes the engagement rather than running two searches quietly under one agreement.

One year of access

One year of learning and community

Every 90-Day Reverse Recruiting client receives 12 months of unlimited access to the BORAKA self-paced course library, all new self-paced courses released during their access period, and the BORAKA Premium Community.

What is excluded

  • Separate live cohorts
  • External certifications
  • Private coaching beyond the active managed-search period
  • OJT Mentorship
  • Managed job applications and outreach after the active managed-search period

After year one

After year one, continued access is optional on the paid membership at $19 per month or $190 per year. Renewal requires affirmative opt-in. We never auto-convert and never auto-charge.

Courses and community are learning access. They are not accredited, and completing a course does not create verified evidence.

The hard stop

Every managed campaign has a defined finish line.

At day 150 the complimentary managed engagement ends. There is no automatic extension and no automatic paid renewal. You receive a formal campaign handover, and you may either close the campaign or affirmatively purchase Search Continuity.

  • The standard engagement runs for 90 days.
  • Eligible candidates may receive up to 60 additional days at no additional program fee.
  • The complimentary engagement ends no later than day 150.
  • There is no automatic renewal and no automatic charge.
  • BORAKA provides a formal campaign handover.

  • Continued sourcing and candidate-approved applications
  • Shared-email outreach
  • Campaign tracking
  • A monthly strategy review
  • Weekly group coaching
  • Unlimited preparation for confirmed interviews

What it does not create

Search Continuity creates no new interview or employment guarantee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. There is no automatic enrollment.

Service extension

Conditional Service Extension

If no qualified interview is achieved during the initial 90-day campaign, and the participant has met the agreed participation requirements, BORAKA will continue the managed search for up to 60 additional days at no additional service fee. This extends the service period. It does not guarantee an interview, offer, salary, placement, or employment.

What we commit to

  • A managed campaign aimed at the defined qualified interview outcome inside the 90-day period.
  • If that outcome is not achieved and you met the participation requirements, the campaign continues for up to 60 more days at no additional fee.
  • Same manager, same criteria, same reporting during the extension.

What we do not promise

  • A job, an offer, a salary level or a hiring timeline.
  • That any specific employer will respond or interview you.
  • Anything beyond what the signed agreement states.

What the extension depends on

This is a managed search, so you are not asked to run your own application volume. The extension is conditional on your participation and on our campaign work.

Your participation requirements

  • Respond to role approvals within the agreed timeframe
  • Keep your job-search criteria current
  • Attend scheduled interviews
  • Attend required coaching and strategy sessions
  • Take part in interview preparation
  • Provide requested information promptly
  • Maintain reasonable interview availability
  • Tell us about recruiter or employer contact received outside the managed system
  • Do not materially change role family, geography, compensation expectations or work authorization requirements without re-scoping
  • Comply with the documented program expectations

Our part, each week

  • Candidate-approved applications against your approved targets
  • Recruiter and hiring-manager outreach
  • Campaign reporting and preparation for every confirmed interview

What counts as a qualified interview

A qualified interview is a scheduled conversation tied to a specific, approved target role with an internal employer recruiter, a hiring manager, a formal interview panel, or an authorized external recruiter representing a named employer and an active vacancy.

What does not count

  • Informational interviews
  • General networking calls
  • Unattached staffing-agency intake calls
  • Multiple rounds for the same opportunity
  • Interviews outside the approved criteria

This is a conditional service extension. It is not a job, offer, salary or employment guarantee. BORAKA makes no offer, salary or time-to-hire promise. Hiring decisions belong to employers and we cannot control them.

Extension terms are configurable by BORAKA and are governed by the signed agreement.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for

This fits you if

  • You already work in clinical research, pharma or biotech and are searching now.
  • You can name a realistic primary role family and one closely related target.
  • You will approve applications, attend confirmed interviews and respond within the campaign cadence.
  • You want the search run with you rather than explained to you.

This does not fit you if

  • You are new to clinical research and have no relevant experience yet.
  • You want several unrelated searches run at once under one agreement.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed job, offer or salary.
  • You cannot take interviews during normal business hours or participate in the campaign.

What clients say about the search

I was referred to Rudy through a colleague, and from the very first meeting, he and Bunmi made me feel enthusiastic and welcomed. I came in with a clear (albeit daunting) goal which was to pivot from the clinical space into the pharma industry and corporate world. Rudy hit the ground running, walking me through my resume and laying out the possibilities available to me in a way that made the transition feel not only possible, but exciting. I enrolled in the 90-Day Job Search Program, which was incredibly comprehensive. It included LinkedIn optimization, a LinkedIn networking toolkit, and interview prep and guidance for every stage of the process, from the initial recruiter call all the way through to final round interviews. The interview coaching was the most valuable part of the program for me. Rudy always ensured I was thoroughly prepared, providing detailed interview packets that included background on my interviewers and anticipated questions and answers tailored to each opportunity. One moment that truly stood out was when I became discouraged about pursuing medical writing. Rudy told me I was good at it, but I wasn't ready to hear it at the time. Despite the call backs I was receiving, I wanted to explore a different direction and Rudy listened. He let me come to my own conclusions and supported whatever path I chose. I always felt like I had a voice throughout this process, and that meant a lot to me. My confidence has grown tremendously. I now feel at ease in interviews, I know how to research companies effectively, I can speak more confidently to my own abilities, and I understand what types of questions to expect at each stage of the interview process. I would 100% recommend Rudy to anyone navigating a career transition. The program is comprehensive and stress-free (while still holding participants accountable). I didn't have to apply to a single job, research a single company, or look up a single interviewer on my own (though I did apply to some roles independently using the tools from the LinkedIn packet). Everything was handled. Beyond the structure of the program, the ongoing peer support was invaluable. I could schedule a check-in at any time, be it for a progress update, a change in direction, interview prep, or a debrief after a call. Rudy was consistently available and invested in my success every step of the way.

I started my clinical research career as a CRA at a site and after 1.5 years of working, wanted to move to sponsor side. After many failed attempts, I signed up for Rudy’s 90 day career search program. Rudy and the team was exceptional and fully committed! He knows all the ins and outs of the field and very knowledgeable! Rudy was always there making time for you! I was specifically impressed by the way he makes you prepared for interviews. That was my turning points in getting an offer less than 60 days. I highly recommend Rudy and his team! The best decision I made!

Before working with Rudy, I had submitted over 50 job applications with zero interviews. Within just 3 weeks of starting his program in April, that completely changed. I began receiving back-to-back interviews and ultimately landed a contract role. Rudy’s strategy, structure, and consistent support made a massive difference. Even after our 30-day sprint, he continues to support my job search while I get things in order financially. If you’re serious about advancing your clinical research career, Rudy is the real deal.

I highly recommend Rudy and his team. The level of service, guidance, and mentorship they provided throughout the process was invaluable. The pre-interview meetings were especially helpful. Rudy took the time to provide insight into the role and company, helped me understand how my experience aligned with the position, identified areas of my background to highlight, and offered thoughtful guidance on questions to ask during the interview. Their support not only helped me secure a great position, but also provided me with practical skills, knowledge, and confidence that I can continue to apply in my new role and throughout my career. I am truly grateful for their expertise, encouragement, and commitment to my professional growth.
Christina KaufmanVerified client story
Rudy played a crucial role in enhancing my career clarity and positioning. Through his expert guidance in applications, interview coaching, resume optimization, and strategic career advice, he transformed my solid clinical research experience into a compelling narrative that resonates with the market. The key benefits included structured mock interviews, personalized feedback, and a shift towards metric-driven, results-focused communication. One major takeaway was realizing that confidence stems from thorough preparation and structured responses, rather than just personality. This insight led to clearer, more impactful communication and significantly improved my interview performance. Rudy was especially instrumental in my transition from a Clinical Research Coordinator to a CRA role, helping me frame my site-level experience in terms of the skills required by sponsors. His coaching not only boosted my confidence but also enhanced my ability to articulate my leadership and oversight in clinical trials. Overall, I found Rudy's mentorship to be strategic, practical, and results-driven. I highly recommend his services to any professional looking to advance in their clinical research career.

Two weeks after completing the 10-Week Intensive Clinical Research Accelerator program with Rudy, I received a job offer after seven months of unemployment. Rudy helped me stay focused on what mattered: salary, growth, and balance. Now I’m interviewing for a higher-paying lab manager role. YANA truly lives up to its name.

Hello Clinical Research Enthusiast, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional mentorship provided by Rudy Malle. His program is thoughtfully structured and highly practical, making it an excellent resource for both experienced professionals and those new to the field of Clinical Research or looking to transition into it. Rudy offers comprehensive support through one-on-one mentoring sessions, weekly live classes, resume-building assistance, and mock interviews. What truly sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to the success of his mentees; he genuinely invests his time, knowledge, and expertise to help you achieve your professional goals. That said, success is a collaborative effort. Simply enrolling in the program is not enough; consistent effort, dedication, and active engagement with the guidance and resources provided are essential. With Rudy’s mentorship, particularly through multiple mock interview sessions, I successfully secured a position as a Clinical Research Coordinator. His guidance was instrumental in helping me prepare thoroughly and build the confidence I needed to succeed. I am sincerely grateful to Rudy and his team for their continuous support and dedication.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Rudy for being an exceptional coach during my 90-day on-the-job CRA training. From day one, his professionalism, punctuality, and unwavering commitment to my success stood out. He consistently showed up, not just on time, but with a passion and energy that was truly inspiring. What impressed me the most was how Rudy tailored his coaching style to meet my unique learning needs. Even during times when I struggled with punctuality or felt uncertain, he remained patient, encouraging, and fully present. His greatest joy was not just in teaching but in seeing me grow into confident, independent professionals. I’m proud to say he achieved that with me. Rudy went above and beyond, and I will always be thankful for the care, dedication, and intentionality he brought to every session. Thank you for believing in me and helping shape the CRA I am today. Hi Rudy, thank you for launching the 14-Day Challenge in Clinical Research! Before the challenge, I felt lost regarding the different roles in the field. However, Day 1 provided much-needed clarity and direction, as it required me to research various clinical research roles and identify one that aligns with my skills and interests. This simple yet powerful exercise has helped me stay focused, and I’m truly grateful for the experience so far. I look forward to completing the challenge. Best Regards, Martina

Hi Rudy, Thank you so much for the CVs & optimised LinkedIn profile.  I just briefly met with Mr. Azhar Hussain at ES Clinical Research Group.  Great guy & seems like a straight-shooter, willing to take a chance, based on your strong recommendation! Tomorrow (Wed), we'll have a 3-way call with w/his CEO, Stella Gurgova -- for a potential 3-month initial contract. Meanwhile, I am actively applying to all the major teaching hospitals in NYC with confidence & renewed enthusiasm, thanks to your coaching, you are the best!

I had a great experience speaking with Rudy for networking. He was direct and transparent, offering insightful guidance on fine-tuning my resume and profile. He clarified LinkedIn's 'over 100 people applied' metric, which I had misunderstood as a measure of high demand for the position, helping me see the algorithm at play. Coming from a bench background, Rudy shared valuable tips on how to position myself for an entry-level CRC role by strategically framing my resume and emphasized the power of a strong cover letter, highlighting that while a resume reflects your experience, the cover letter showcases your personality and motivation. This conversation boosted my confidence and gave me renewed hope in making this career transition possible. I would absolutely recommend Rudy to others looking for genuine advice
